I believe that linking Aadhar to property registration will be advantageous.

1) ownership can be identified and the scope for fake registrations will reduce
2) land mafia may vanish (I am bit optimistic!)
3) corruption may also reduce. As we know, most of the corrupt officials prefer to invest on properties.
4) most importantly, transactions will become more transparent

about income tax

I believe that individual income tax can be dropped in Bharath. Salaried class is the only class that files the returns sincerely. This can be replaced with a transaction tax as proposed by many economists.

Disadvantages of current tax system:
1) only employees are the major contributers
2) It burdens 3% of sincere tax payers
3) other classes escape this model

Advantages of Transaction tax:
1) All the citizens will be paying tax based on their consumption power
2) we will get more income
3) corruption can be curtailed

An eight year old girl killed by a pack of stray dogs

It is  a very unfortunate incident that happened in the District of Srikakulam Andhra Pradesh (on 14/7/2016).

Till late 90s, municipal authorities used to electrify or poison these stray dogs once they found them to be aggressive. But, due to the representations from animal right activists, now, municipal authorities are not daring to do so. 

This is not the first case of stray dog attack but if these animal right activists are determined that it can be the last one! But for that, they (all the animal activists) should give more value to the human life. 

I was moved with this news .....Hope all of us (especially these animal right activists) will understand the pain of that poor family.

My opinion: Let us tackle this stray dog (aggressive dogs only) problem as we did in the past.... and I request all the responsible and sensible people to write to the concerned Minister about the same.

Guruvayur Temple authorities follow rules very strictly.

If you are planning to visit Guruvayur with your kids (below 5 years), then call the temple authorities and check whether kids are allowed into Garbagruha or not. During some special poojas, Temple authorities prohibit kids from entering Garbagruha. Please call them to avoid inconvenience.

Also, dress code is strictly enforced irrespective of gender and age.

on Delhi gang rape

This was a shameful incident.

Culprits should be punished.

Fine! will it solve the real problem that is being ignored????

If you observe carefully, there is one common element in most of the rape/abusive/atrocity cases. That is Liquor!!!!!!!
Yes! in most of the cases the culprits are drunken.

Government should think in this direction and impose prohibition on Liquor. I feel that such incidents can be reduced by imposing prohibition.

I understand that it is a very tough decision to be taken as Govt gets thousands of crores as revenue from Liquor.

Easier way to reach Tirumala

If we go through steps (Alipiri) at Tirupathi, it will take 4 hours to reach Tirumala. There is a place called "Srivari Mettu", 14km away from Tirupathi. Buses ply from Tirupathi to "Sreevari Mettu". It hardly takes 1.5 hour to reach Tirumala from Sreevari Mettu.
Please note that TTD is operating free buses from Alipiry to Sreevari mettu.
